Bruins take BP, throw first pitch at Red Sox game

Training camp starts soon for these NHLers, but there’s still time for a couple more MLB games before hitting the ice.

The Boston Bruins visited Fenway Park on Saturday, before the Red Sox were set to take on the Kansas City Royals in one of the final baseball games before training camp kicks off next week.

The players took batting practice before the game, with Morgan Geekie and Tanner Jeannot each smacking a homer over the Green Monster in left field.

After taking their swings, the players all took the field rocking their Bruins jerseys and Geekie tossed out the ceremonial first pitch.

All good times and tan lines for the B’s as summer comes to a close.
