Prosvetov returned to North America when he signed a one-year, $950,000 contract with the Calgary Flames on July 1, 2025. He went 20-16-2 with a 2.32 goals-against average, .920 save-percentage and four shutouts for CSKA Moscow of the Kontinental Hockey League. He was named KHL Goalie of the Month in November after winning five games with three shutouts, a 2.90 GAA and .918 save percentage in four playoff games.
Prosvetov was chosen by the Arizona Coyotes in the fourth round (No. 114) of the 2018 NHL Draft and joined the Flames with 24 games of NHL experience for the Coyotes and Colorado Avalanche from 2021-24.
