**CAREER TRANSACTIONS:** Selected by Buffalo in the fourth round (99th overall) of the 2017 NHL Draft. Traded to Winnipeg by Buffalo with Isak Rosen, a 2nd-round pick in the 2027 NHL Draft and a conditional 4th-round pick in 2026 for Logan Stanley and Luke Schenn, March 6, 2026.
**CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:**
* Made his NHL debut on Feb. 23, 2021 at New Jersey, skating 17:59 with one hit, a blocked shot and a plus-2 rating. * Scored his first career NHL goal on his first shift of the game on March 6, 2021 at the New York Islanders, becoming the third player in franchise history to score his first career goal less then a minute into a game. * Notched his first career NHL assist vs. Boston on March 18, 2021. * Recorded the first multi-point game of his career with two assists on March 31, 2021 vs. Philadelphia. * Appeared in the 100th game in his NHL career on April 5, 2022 vs. Carolina. * Played in his 200th NHL game on April 2, 2024 vs. Washington.
**AMATEUR HIGHLIGHTS:**
* Completed his junior season in 2018-19 and earned Hockey East Second Team All-Star honors after recording 28 points (4+24) in 42 games. * Was the recipient of Hockey East’s Len Ceglarski Sportsmanship Award in 2018-19 for the second straight year. * Recorded an assist in all three NCAA Tournament games to help lead his team to a 2019 Frozen Four appearance. * Named to the Hockey East All-Tournament Team and won the Hockey East Len Ceglarski Sportsmanship Award in 2017-18. * Appeared in all 40 games in the 2017-18 season his second with Providence College while serving as an alternate captain. Recorded four goals and a team-high 21 assists with a plus-16 rating, which was fifth-best in Hockey East. * Skated in all 39 games as a freshman with Providence College in 2016-17, scoring 20 points (3+17), which ranked third among Hockey East rookie defensemen. His 17 assists ranked sixth in the NCAA among rookie blueliners. * Tallied his first USHL goal, assist and point on Oct. 3, 2015 at Des Moines. * Led all USHL rookie defensemen in both assists (28) and points (31) while settling a career high in both categories with the Omaha Lancers in the 2015-16 season and was named to the USHL All-Rookie Team.
